Honor Heights Park:
A permit is required by application for use of the Picnic Shelters with approval from the Parks and Recreation Department. The following fees are charged for using either the North or South shelter:

$30.00 for up to 4 hours

$40.00 for 4 + hours

Picnic tables with benches are provided for use with the shelters. For an additional charge of $20.00, a kitchenette area and extra folding tables and chairs are available, which will require a $50.00 deposit. The deposit is refunded upon inspection by proper park employees for any damages to the facility and excessive litter. A key will be issued to you from the Parks and Recreation Office if you are using the kitchen area or the extra tables and chairs. A charcoal grill is located at the shelter and there is no additional charge for using the grill. However, you will need a key to open the grill, and you will be responsible for furnishing your own charcoal. You may pay for use of the shelter by either cash or check. Checks should be made payable to the Muskogee Park Development Fund. **Please use a separate check for the deposit**
