I appreciate this opportunity to extend to you a warm welcome to Muskogee. I want to thank the voters of Muskogee for electing me Mayor of Muskogee during these exciting times. There is an enthusiasm throughout our community about Muskogee’s future that reaches far beyond our city limits. Muskogee is on the rise and the rest of the world is waiting to see what great things will come from our community.

Located at the intersection of the Verdigris, Grand, and Arkansas Rivers, Muskogee is a regional cultural, medical, educational, recreational, and industrial hub. As both a mayor and a citizen, I would encourage you to visit Muskogee. Come and see our wealth of history and shopping opportunities. After experiencing the hospitality of our community, I am sure you will return many times to the Friendliest City in America.

To the citizens of Muskogee, if you have any concerns do not hesitate to contact my office. The qualified public servants at City Hall will be more than happy to assist you. Muskogee has accomplished “impossible” tasks in recent days and over the next two years I look forward to accomplishing even more. As mayor, I will need your support and prayers. Together, we will meet any challenge and achieve any goal.

The rest of the world has recognized Muskogee’s unlimited potential. The challenge for us as a City over the next two years and beyond is to seize this unique opportunity and transform it into success. We are embarking on a new journey. This is my home and I pledge to do all I can to make Muskogee a better place to live for both you and your loved ones.
